Through some key questions we get to know where we need to focus on and what your goals are. Combining the resources from my Physical Education, Qigong and Yoga background, I will design a personalised Qi Yoga practice which balances body and mind. 21 Day Qi-Yoga Program
Daily you will receive a short inspirational video with a mindfulness practice. You will be guided to follow through with your personalised daily practice, where we combine Qigong and Yoga therapy.

Deepening Program
This program is for those who choose to dive deeper into their practice after the 21 day Program. During the 10 day deepening program we will focus on more complex breathing techniques, Acu- yoga and the sun salutation.

In Qi- Yoga we focus on the healing and therapeutic effects of Qigong and Yoga. Explore different ways to ground and connect with nature. Our focus is on body awareness and deepening our breath.
